Welcome to the role of District Test Coordinator (DTC)! As the primary point of contact between your LEA and the Idaho Department of Education, DTCs coordinate all aspects of statewide assessment administration — including the ISAT, IDAA, IRI, ELPA, and NAEP. This course introduces the core areas of the role: coordinating assessment logistics and infrastructure (from ISEE staff roles and student rostering to testing windows and proctor scheduling), ensuring equitable access for students with disabilities and English Learners in compliance with IDEA and Section 504, and maintaining test security.
